Located on the East branch of the Holland River, we are the first stop when approaching from Lake Simcoe. Established in 1971, we have a rich history of being a haven for boats from paddle up 50 ft.
Major highways close by such as hwy 404, hwy 400, hwy 11, hwy 9 and Yonge St. Holland River Marina within easy reach of Toronto and the GTA, as well as Barrie to the north and areas lying both east and west. Being only minutes from major arteries makes access easy and fast. No need to commit to huge commute times on busy weekends.
Being on Lake Simcoe gives you a large boating area, and access by Holland River to Cooks Bay is short and a pleasant cruise, taking only a short time to get to the lake. Lake Simcoe is the 2nd highest lake on the Trent-Severn Waterway, and gives access to the Severn entrance to the north, and to the Trent entrance to the East. Barrie is right on the lake, making it a short cruise to a major city center.
